Battery knowledge :
1. Dry charged car battery must be filled with eletrolyter or "activated" and the boosted before being placed in service
2. Dry charged car battery plates are pre-charged so they become activated after the electrolyte is added.
3. The advantage of dry charged car battery is long, indefinite shelf life before electrolyte is added.
